Hugo Chavez’s coma coup d’état

Dear Journalists,
While Hugo Chavez is allegedly on an induced coma it seems that he had previously directed his staff to violate the Venezuelan Constitution disregarding the law to forcefully remain in power. Ambassador Adolfo Taylhardat explained on his column what the law says:
Además de lo que dispone la Constitución Nacional, la Ley de Juramento (Gaceta Oficial N 21.799 de fecha 30 de agosto de 1945) establece en su artículo primero que "Ningún empleado podrá entrar en ejercicio de sus funciones sin prestar antes juramento de sostener y defender la Constitución y Leyes de la República y de cumplir fiel y exactamente los deberes de su empleo".
“No employee can exercise functions without being sworn in to sustain and defend the Constitution and laws of  the Republic faithfully and thoroughly to accomplish the duties of this job.”
TSJ dismisses petition for Congress' speaker to take office on January 10
As you may already know, Hugo Chavez was scheduled to be sworn in on this date of January 10, 2013.  Members of the opposition are calling all citizens who believe in democracy including the Venezuelan armed forces as follows:
Outrageous
The International Court of Justice, busy at it is, should make time to prosecute Hugo Chavez for fraud if the alleged algorithms and open violation of the vote are true.
Venezuelans need help from world leaders, and the International Court of Justice, to resolve abuse of power in Venezuela and restore democracy.
Cordially,
