Cheaters?

Cheaters?
Dear Journalists,
Venezuelan citizens are reporting major fraud in the presidential election registrations where the records show individuals with date of birth that would make them way over 100 years old.
“El horror mayor y del cual no salgo de mi asombro es que existen ciudadanos cuyas cedulas son de dos digitos y votan...entre ellos los que portan C.I. 40, 43, 51, 55, 56, 59, 66, 67, 71, 76...y pare de contar...mi papá, qepd, murió de 90 años y su C.I era 914.177..no puedo creer que existan ciudadanos tann requeteviejossssssssssss"
Hugo Chavez has given control of Venezuelans electronic personal data to the Cubans as reported by El Nuevo Herald newspaper:
International observers must request access to Venezuelans’ electronic data from Cuba since as indicated by El Nuevo Herald report this is the way that Hugo Chavez has been able to control and manipulate the election results.
Further, journalists are reporting the Consejo Nacional Electoral http://www.cne.gov.ve/web/index.php is in violation of the constitution for allowing Hugo Chavez who is very ill to run as presidential candidate.  Former United Nations Ambassador Diego Arria is demanding independent election auditors to monitor the CNE election process:

Ambassador Adolfo Taylhardat commented on Hugo Chavez’s actions to remove Venezuelan from the The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights

In related matters, Venezuelan citizens are denouncing violation of a residential zone by Hugo Chavez allowing a penitentiary unit in the middle of Prados del Este which is a dedicated residential neighborhood:
Venezuelans have hope that the opposition candidate Henrique Capriles Radonski will be the new president, but worry about Hugo Chavez’s algorithms manipulating the results of the election. The International Court of Justice, busy at it is, should make time to prosecute Hugo Chavez for fraud if the alleged algorithms and open violation of the vote are true.
Venezuelans need help from world leaders, and the International Court of Justice, to resolve abuse of power in Venezuela and restore democracy.
