Reuters: Venezuela's Chavez slams Germany's Merkel comments

In the middle of horrendous disasters in Asia with the victims of the cyclone in Myanmar, and today the 7.9 earthquake in central China where thousands have lost their lives, there is infamous and pathetic Chavez insulting German Chancellor Angela Merkel:

I hope that Chancellor Merkel must be aware that these types of insults coming from someone deranged do not apply to the Venezuelan citizens' point of view.
