Updated: Venezuela's Political Disaster - January 12, 2008

Dear Journalists,

Attached below please find link to video showing Chavez asking for respect and recognition for the FARC, and interview with Chavez's Ambassador to Mexico:

Next, please find link from France2 TV where the sister of FARC hostage Ingrid Betancourt is questioning the different treatment from the two women hostages "rescued" by Chavez and the terrible conditions that Betancourt is allegedly experiencing.

Clara Rojas et Consuelo Gonzales ont quitté la jungle hier soir

Alors, que faut-il retenir de tout cela pour l'avenir ?â?¦

The former FARC hostages contradict what Chavez claims about the infamous terrorists:

Venezuelans are questioning who is really the leader in Venezuela. Where and who are Chavez's priorities? Is Chavez being manipulated, or is he acting out of his own free and real will? It seems that Chavez could not care less for Venezuelans.

It is interesting to see how Chavez is behaving concerning the FARC, and how Chavez is asking for another referendum so he can be in power for life and/or indefinetely:

Venezuelans need help from developed governments and international organizations to restore democracy and end corruption.

Cordially,
