Venezuela's Political Disaster - December 9, 2007

Dear Journalists,

I think that I will never forget when I learnt on December 2, 2007 at around 5:25 PM from Reuters that the infamous Chavez was ahead on the polls. I did not have the heart to tell my loved ones about it; however the also infamous Chavistas went driving around Caracas honking and celebrating at that time that Chavez had won. Once my loved ones learnt about it a short time later there was major despair of the injustice that takes place in the abused nation on a daily basis.

News from Reuters:

Diego Arria, former Venezuelan Ambassador to the United Nations wrote today comments about Reuters' release of the disinformation news that Chavez had won which I have posted on my blog2 titled "Reuters" with introduction from Blogger Alexandra Beech:

It is of utmost importance that this information does not eclipse the ongoing situation with the US$800,000 that Chavez's supporters are allegedly taking out of Venezuela as reported on my previous posting dated December 8, 2007.

Cordially,

Maru Angarita
