Venezuela's Political Disaster - May 30, 2007

Dear Journalists,

The citizens protesting in Venezuela are increasing in numbers. The link below is to article reporting the gathering that took place today in Caracas demanding the right to protest and freedom to the 182 students that Chavez has jailed in the last few days:

There are new reports that Chavez's police has placed Oscar Pérez in jail at Mariperez. Oscar Pérez is the head of the Comando Nacional de la Resistencia (CNR), and who came to Washington, DC to deliver 100,000 signatures to the Organization of American States last March:

Chavez is out-of-control as reported in the next link from The Washington Post:

Next please find link to videos showing Chavez's police in action against the unarmed students of all ages:

Below please find link to article "Consumatum est" written by Ambassador Adolfo Taylhardat spelling out Chavez as a coward:

Venezuelans will march again on Saturday, June 2 gathering at the Metro of Chacao starting at 10:00 AM.

Please know that Chavez's public relations office in Washington, DC "Venezuela's Information Office" is allegedly e-mailing his supporters in the United States to write to U.S. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi. It seems that Chavez may be allegedly paying big bucks for disinformation.

Please know that I will update my blog as needed, but may only send one e-mail daily.

Cordially,

Maru Angarita
