In the meantime, there are several e-mails circulating warning citizens of possible violence from Chavez and his supporters if he were to lose the upcoming presidential elections. Some of the rumors include the arrival of Angolan rebels to Venezuela allegedly called by Chavez.

The following link is to new video showing the Abril 11, 2002 massacre from alledged Chavez's supporters against Venezuelans marching unarmed just carrying whistles and flags:

All the cooperation of international organizations is urged to technically inspect e-voting machines against the usage of programming that may give the wrong results as allegedly happened during the 2004 Recall Referendum as shown in the next link:

Breaking News: Venezuela's Political Disaster - November 7, 2006

Censorship in Venezuela official Begins; Live Broadcasts are Forbidden

On Tuesday afternoon, a National Guard major notified the country's private television networks in Venezuela that requests for live broadcasts would have to be submitted to the National Guard twenty four hours prior to transmission.

According to Globovision News Channel Director Federico Ravell, National Guard Major Rafael Medina prevented private networks from performing technical alignments necessary for live transmission. Ravell said that the communications regulatory agency (CONATEL) denied any knowledge of the measure.

Globovision, which broadcasts opposition campaigning events, will be prevented from airing material without prior notification. The measure violates article 58 of the Bolivarian Constitution of Venezuela concerning freedom of the press.
