Update - July 15, 2006

The following text is from www.universal.com:
"Despite reports of Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez' plans to visit North Korea -a possibility that caused discomfort in the US State Department- Pyongyang is not included in Chávez' upcoming international travel. The Venezuelan parliament authorized Chávez to travel abroad on July 19-August 2. He is to visit seven countries in South America, Europe and Asia".

However, please know that Chavez's representatives have been traveling back and forth to Pyongyang.
